Computer Aided Design

Flintec invest heavily in the latest tools to help ensure that our mechanical design process is the best it can be. We utilise Computer Aided Design (CAD) to generate and optimise our solutions. CAD technology allows us to evaluate and adjust our designs with an unprecedented level of precision, ensuring optimal performance.

In addition to CAD, we use simulation software to rigorously evaluate our designs under a variety of conditions. This includes mechanical stress simulations, thermal analysis, and environmental simulations, ensuring the resilience of our concepts and their reliable operation in real-world conditions. Based on the results of these simulations, design modifications are implemented to improve the robustness and reliability of the sensor, greatly improving the end product.

Physical Testing

While digital evaluation provides valuable insights, our engineers also utilise physical testing techniques to further validate project designs. Over the years, we have invested in and built our own testing machinery, enabling us to simulate real world scenarios.
